ABOUT ROSS

About Ross — A Gentle Personal Welcome

The heart behind Pure Mind Loves Me.

Welcome. I’m Ross.

This website is both personal and open.
It is a place where I share a gentle way of meeting life with mindfulness, loving awareness, and emotional healing.

My hope is simple:
that this space may help people feel less alone,
less pressured,
and more deeply met with kindness.

Why I Created This Site

Many people carry anxiety, fear, sadness, inner pressure, or self-criticism in silence.

I wanted to create a place that does not add more pressure.
A place that offers rest.
A place where healing can begin gently.

Pure Mind Loves Me was created as a quiet refuge:
a personal home for what I value most,
and an open invitation for others who need a kinder place to begin.

You can begin that gentle path here:

My Approach

My approach to mindfulness and emotional healing is simple.

It is based on:

  • awareness instead of avoidance
  • kindness instead of harshness
  • gentleness instead of force
  • presence instead of inner struggle

I believe healing often begins when we stop fighting ourselves
and learn how to meet our experience with more care.

What You Will Find Here

On this site you will find simple, supportive resources such as:

  • Healing Practices for anxiety, fear, and emotional pain
  • Loving Phrases for daily encouragement and self-compassion
  • Daily Support for calm, steadiness, and small daily resets
  • simple mindfulness teachings rooted in kindness and rest

These offerings are here to help you meet life more gently,
one breath, one phrase, and one small moment at a time.

A Personal Note

I do not believe healing has to be rushed.

I do not believe people need more pressure in order to grow.

I believe there is deep value in slowing down,
in listening inwardly,
and in bringing loving awareness to what is already here.

You do not need to become someone else before kindness can begin.
