Minute 1 — Arrive
Pause.
Notice where you are.
Let your body be as it is.
Minute 2 — Breathe
Feel your natural breath.
Let the breath come and go without control.
Minute 3 — Notice
Gently notice what is present.
Thoughts, feelings, or sensations.
You may quietly say:
“This is what is here.”
Minute 4 — Soften
Allow the body to soften slightly.
Let the shoulders drop.
Let the face relax.
Minute 5 — Add Kindness
Offer one gentle phrase:
- May I be kind to myself right now.
- This moment can be as it is.
- I am allowed to slow down.
